HookedOnClarkCounty.com Gathers HookedOnClarkCounty.com gathers only information directly supplies by users. That would include (a) the various custom home-, land-, and new construction-search forms found throughout the site; (b) newsletter subscriptions; and (c) polls/surveys on questions of interest. HookedOnClarkCounty.com does not currently use any type of automated, "hidden" information gathering (such as "cookies) from users of the site. 2. Polling The HookedOnClarkCounty.com site may occasionally offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what the others think about important issues. HookedOnClarkCounty.com uses a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag is not correlated with information about individual users. 3. Electronic newsletter HookedOnClarkCounty.com offers a free online electronic newsletter to users. No information is gathered from users who visit the online newsletter. 4. Usage tracking Through a third-party company, HookedOnClarkCounty.com tracks user traffic patterns throughout the site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. HookedOnClarkCounty.com does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser). 5. Use of the information HookedOnClarkCounty.com uses information that users voluntarily provide in order o enable users to participate in polls. HookedOnClarkCounty.com never shares mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers or partners. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. HookedOnClarkCounty.com does not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you. 6. Sharing of the Information HookedOnClarkCounty.com does not share individual or aggregate information about its users with anyone, including advertisers. If you have questions about how one of our advertisers, or a site linked to from our site, uses information about you when you click their ad/link and go to their content, please contact them directly. HookedOnClarkCounty.com will divulge information only as necessary to comply with state and federal laws. 7. Delete/deactivate policy Users who use the custom search forms choose the methods by which they wish to receive the property/building information. Users are contacted in only those ways that they designate (email, US Mail, fax, phone). |
