- Most builders charge the same price for a home even if
you choose to go it
alone and not to be represented by a new-construction knowledgeable Realtor®.
- With many builders and subdivisions, once you sign anything at a model home ("guest" book, request for info, etc.) without your agent present, many builders will not allow you to have representation later when you're ready to build.
